We want you to love your home finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process

Ensure your home decor, linens, or kitchenware items are in original condition with tags attached and check that your purchase was made within the last 30 days.
- 2.Locate Your Receipt
Gather your original register receipt or packing slip; if you cannot find it, we may issue store credit based on the item's current selling price with a valid ID.
- 3.Visit a Store
Bring your items and proof of purchase to any Marshalls location nationwide to process your return instantly at the Customer Service desk.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment; please note that shipping and handling fees for online orders are non-refundable.
